Coming out of the Ground Zero division of King of the Dot, Ape Yola has distinguished himself as one of the top dogs of the new generation of battlers. With an impressive record within the division itself, Yola jumped out to a 6-0 start before taking his first L. With a track record that includes battles against cats such as Kryple, Dirty Harry and Vokab, Ape Yola hadn't yet had the chance to square off against more well known battlers until now. Jumping into the ring with Uno Lavoz, Yola will have the opportunity to prove that he has what it takes to take down a higher caliber of battlers.
If battle rappers could achieve the status of household name, then Uno Lavoz would certainly be on that list. Having battled seemingly every battle rapper in the game today, Uno's work ethic is only outshined by his outlandish sense of humor. Known for going to extremes for a laugh, the Philly battle emcee has ingratiated himself to battle crowds world wide, always quick with a joke. A regular in King of the Dot, Uno has already faced the likes of Kid Twist, Madness and F.L.O., and is now giving up and comer Ape Yola a chance to show he has what it takes. Will the established funnyman come away with the win? Or will the underdog prove victorious?
