Now Philadelphia's young rising star Lil Byrdie from Uptown gives us 'Pass Me A Diva' which is a relating to pretty, and dope females. With his hit pop single 'Feel So Rite' ft Young Scooter out rite and continuing to bubble global, he has been in talks with a few record labels and is making noise in the industry.
